Flag Hotel Guimarães-Fafe

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to easily walk to the main shopping areas.

No complaints for the price. the rooms are clean and looked after. My heating didn't work and I was freezing, within 10 minutes the wonderful lady on reception had sent me a heater which worked great (wish I'd of gotten her name).

Very very helpful staff. We asked them to book us a taxi 🚕 from an event and it was not an easy task due to logistics but they were very professional and helpful!

Hotel and rooms were clean and staff very friendly. There was a good choice of food for breakfast which was lovely and fresh.

The staff is amazing!!
